Good, good, good, good, good things. Did you get that yet? I said Lunarpages was good. I felt that way when I joined and as you can see, I've been around for a year now. I feel like Lunarpages never stopped trying to treat me like the most important customer that they had. I think that's important.
I love talking to real people when I have problems. Real people care about helping you, whereas machines just don't. That's why their real people are the best. Whether it is a real dude emailing me or a person on the phone, it's good.
You have to be reliable if you want to become a major host. That's their job, right? Webmasters HATE having their sites offline. I'm in that car, too. Give me reliable. I have to have it. Lunarpages are that.
The price is just about right. I don't know, I guess they could charge some more and get away with it. I am glad they don't though. I would have to step it up and pay them more. It is that kind of working relationship.
Account setting with Lunarpages was easy for me and everybody else, I guess. You'd have to be pretty dumb to screw that up. I don't think anybody who makes a good choice like this host would be that dumb, but I could always be wrong.
They are happy to help you, so it's easy to get behind them on a review.
