Here is her Lunarpages Shared Hosting review:
Definitely use Lunarpages. The best hosting service I have encountered. You see plenty of reviews for other "top" hosting companies, but these companies don't answer phones or emails, et cetera. Lunarpages excels in customer support. I think they have the best possible support.
They have this HUGE forum, too, for members to get help on not only web hosting but on web design, scripting, and more, as well as a cool off-topic section. The members are awesome, friendly, and very, very helpful. Again, customer service is awesome. You won't get any of those annoying "sorry I can't find my supervisor" things when you need to modify your account. Real people actually pick up the phone and help you. A great company that's been around for a while.
I think their best customer service comes from the phone but that method always requires toll charges. I've seen the slow response times from their ticket system at times, so to everyone having a hard time, I highly recommend trying their phone support.
