Here is his Lunarpages shared hosting review:
They are polite but dont know anything. They always have to check and this helps turn 15-30 minutes initially on hold just to talk to a human into another 20-30 to get a response that the server my sites are on is down. This always seems to be news to the tech dude on the phone. Do they not have server and service monitoring. Does it REALLY take ME everytime something goes down for them be be aware of a problem?
Overall, their service is fair for the cost but when I see my sites go offline, I sure get upset! The problem compounds when I can't seem to get ahold of someone in a timely fashion.
Lunarpages, please hire more support staff!
